Elizabeth Ryan

 

Award winning Mindset and Performance Coach, Elizabeth was awarded “International NLP Coach of the Year 2015” and is a professional member of the Association for NLP.

Her experience in the UK and Eastern Europe inspired her to create The Ice Cool Confidence Programme. She helps young and adult skaters around the UK and worldwide to have strong mental confidence under pressure. Working one-to-one, or through workshops and the self-study programmes which she has developed.

 

She has worked with 2016 British Junior Men’s Champion Josh Brown, as well as current UK Pairs Champions Zoe Jones and Christopher Boyadji, whom she coached to personal best performances at the 2019 European and World Championships. She has also appeared on BBC TV’s “Ice Stars.”

 

Elizabeth will also be available for private one-to-one sessions if time allows.
