This figure skating camp will be held in Canillo,
in Palau de GEL :
- Friday morning 6th December 2024
until:
- Sunday 8th December 2024 in afternoon
What is include during this camp:
- serious and intensive program supervised by PERFORM'LIVE and ICEPLANET
- Work on technic
- Video analysis on programs (for each skater)
- Rotator
- Harness
- Mental preparation
- Specific programs preparation
For each skater,
Daily 3 ice sessions and 2 daily off ice session (1- conditionning or spinner ROTATOR to train visual,vestibular and proprioception/Somatosensory systems or Video analysis off ice )
